1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and dreamji ("dreamji," "we," "us," "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at dreamji.club. By accessing, registering for, or using the dreamji platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dreamji platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments made in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms apply to all users of the dreamji platform, including players accessing the platform from anywhere within the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and all other regions where access to licensed online gaming is permitted under Philippine law.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and maintain an account on dreamji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. 21+ Pursuant to PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines, the minimum age for real-money participation is 21 years. This requirement is strictly enforced. dreamji reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of dreamji or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded from the dreamji platform, self-excluded via any PAGCOR-recognized exclusion mechanism, or had an account suspended for violations of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

dreamji performs identity and age verification ("KYC — Know Your Customer") as part of the account activation process and at intervals thereafter. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, winnings will be voided, and deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one (1) active dreamji account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account termination and forfeiture of balances associated with all duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a working email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number;
• All activities that occur under your dreamji account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Ensuring that no person under 21 years of age can access your account or the devices on which your account is logged in;
• Notifying dreamji support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

dreamji will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

dreamji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Payment method availability may change; refer to the Cashier section of your dreamji account for the current list.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your dreamji wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. dreamji is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing infrastructure.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification. dreamji aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours during Philippine banking hours.

Currency: All transactions on the dreamji platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Taxes: You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your gaming activity on the dreamji platform, in accordance with applicable Philippine tax laws.

dreamji reserves the right to withhold or delay payment pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, internal fraud review, or regulatory compliance checks.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

dreamji may, at its sole discretion, offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds and free spins are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per player at any given time unless expressly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or combined with other offers unless explicitly authorized.
• dreamji reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if dreamji determines that the bonus was obtained through misrepresentation, abuse, or exploitation of a system error.
• Bonuses are void where prohibited by applicable law or PAGCOR regulations.

dreamji may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for reviewing the current terms of any promotion before participating.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the dreamji platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game equipment operated by trained professional dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of dreamji's commercial interests.

Players agree to use the dreamji platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or influence game outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any player who discovers a system error must report it to dreamji support immediately and refrain from exploiting it;
• Colluding with other players in any game mode;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any transaction intended to conceal the true origin of funds through the dreamji platform.

dreamji reserves the right to void any wagers placed in breach of these rules and to recover any amounts paid out as a result of such breaches.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the dreamji platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface elements, and trademarks — is the property of dreamji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of dreamji.

8. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the gameplay prohibitions in Section 6, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dreamji platform:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or credentials to access dreamji;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward dreamji staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the dreamji platform or its underlying software;
• Using the platform for any purpose that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

dreamji may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or upon your request for voluntary self-exclusion under dreamji's Responsible Gaming program.

Upon account termination, any verified balance remaining in your dreamji wallet (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting dreamji support. Closure does not automatically remove your personal data from dreamji's systems; please refer to our Privacy Policy for data retention information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, dreamji's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dreamji is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data; service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure (including payment providers, internet service providers, or game software providers); or events beyond dreamji's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits dreamji's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

dreamji is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. dreamji provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via your Account Settings at no cost:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits);
• Loss limits (caps on net losses over a defined period);
• Session time reminders (alerts after defined periods of continuous play);
• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent exclusion from the dreamji platform).

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. dreamji operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the dreamji platform shall first be submitted to dreamji's internal dispute resolution process by contacting dreamji support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines with competent jurisdiction. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Amendments to These Terms

dreamji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dreamji will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the dreamji platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date. dreamji recommends that you review this page periodically for updates.
